Odd Character Lab
The Odd Character Lab, jointly established by Feinaki Animation Week and Modern Sky,
is dedicated to helping characters find more people who love them and creating more connections for them.
We are not looking for flawless commercial images,
nor do we pursue superficial polish or prettiness.
We seek characters that are strange yet memorable,
with imagination and vitality at their core.
They can be cute or grotesque; simple or complex.
Most importantly: they must be yours.
After joining, all copyright to the character remains fully with its creator.
Please see the open call guidelines for full membership benefits.
